Fuel/Carb problems

Any recommendations on equipment storage. I live in Minnesota where we have at least 10% ethanol in our gas. On all my 2 stroke equipment Ive had to change the diaphams in the carbs at least once in the spring or a little later in the year. Would a fuel stabilizer help qualm this problem?

But keeping the engine freash by running it is still the best prastice.
