Gas-Oil mix for McCulloch

Can somebody please tell me the proper gas-oil mix for a McCulloch Pro Mac 610? Thanks to any responses.

I've got a timberbear, the next size down from yours and it runs 40:1. I'd run the same in yours.

The old 610 owners manual I have says 40:1 with McCullough oil or 20:1 with anybody else's oil.

That said, I run 32:1 and 89 octane in all my 2-strokes.

I run that "all mixxes covered" oil and a gallon of premium. I guess someday if I have a saw failure do to my mix I will change my ways, but I haven't had any problems with it in about 6 years now. I run the same mix on my CSM saw as well, though I just started using premium instead of regular gas.

I was thinking my Timberbear was 32:1 and I ran that in the 610 I had too. That'd be 10-12 years ago. They both ran great.

Mac owner manual says 40:1

Well read and weep the correct mixture ratio is 40-1 with 32-1 reserved for the high performance saws like the SP81 / PM800 / 805 / 8200 and the SP105 and SP125.

THIS REDUCED RATIO WAS USED TO REDUCE CARBON BUILDUP IN THE DECOMPRESSOR PORTS.
