Good question. For me, about 190. But that's just me. Maybe within 20 lbs of what you weighed when you started? (The difference is all muscle, of course.)

No, I was blessed with thin parents, so I am thin, no matter what I eat, or how often.
I often wonder if I had a sedentary job, if I would gain weight. When my wife complains about gaining a few pounds, I tell her to follow me around for a few days, and do what I do. I don't think weight gain would be an issue.
I am starting to feel the aches and pains of old age though, if that makes you feel better.

I weigh about 240 I'm also 6'4" I'd imagine weighing 40 lbs less would make climbing Less Fatiguing .

LOL John, I usually only eat at lunch and dinner So i guess i could cut down to one meal a day.
