I found an old Granberg Alaskan Junior for sale on Craigslist for $50, so I bought it of course. I found in another forum that these were last made in 1972. I have not done any milling with my chainsaw, so I'm really a complete beginner at this, although I have been doing a lot of reading. What I'm wondering is if anyone has one of these in in working order with a picture or two of it set up, or if anyone has a copy of the owner's manual. I'm hoping to get a better idea of how everything is supposed to go together and work before I go buying parts and drilling bars.
I'm definitely missing some nuts and bolts, but I'm pretty sure I have all the major components. I've got an old Husqvarna 61 that I'm hoping run it with so I can make use of some of the recent deadfall around our cabin.
