heres how to make a grinder, hoagie, submarine sammiches.

Cut the bread, hog out the center of the halves.
Put mayo on both halves.
Provolone cheese on both halves,
Pepperoni on both halves, or cold cuts of your choice.
Sweet roasted peppers or hot pepper of your choice or both.
Lettuce shredded
Black olives
Onions your choice
Tomatoes sliced
Pickles optional.
Black pepper
Oregano
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil

When working hard like in the woods I could eat a 16” long grinder. Work hard eat like two. I lost weight working in the woods eating like a horse. My problem is when I stopped cutting inbetween jobs my appetite stays this is were I gained weight you watch out for that.

The red wine vinegar and olive oil with seasonings makes a great salad dressing. Grandma made it all the time.
 
The red wine vinegar and olive oil is the key plus the mayo on the bread, it tastes so great,
