My wife runs the company I work for. She does everything from organize the jobs for 15+ crews, all of the mulch deliveries per week( which can be up to 60+), types every work order with a map for every job, and puts up with around 40 grown men who act like there back in high school. The list goes on and on. We don't talk about work at home. Its family time. I do get a lot of crap from people but I don't care. We make it work and we are happy so that's all that matters. As for the chick on the grinder she never wears ppe. Never
