Hey guys Im running a carlton 7015 TRX with the 60 HP deutz, I love this grinder, just upgraded to the 1100 series green teeth on it and I have seen a lot of machines on ebay with half the teeth on the wheel.

Some claim that it causes the machine to bog less and cuts faster? any opinions? If so, how do I set up the wheel? any help is appreciated, thanks.

Im running 4004 carlton 60 hp deutz here in uk and have used 1100 series for over two years.
Switched over to 900 series greenteeth and thats when I noticed how much better the set up was.Been using 900 series for past eighteen months and would not go back to 1100 series.Greenteeth recommend 900 series for 60 hp machines and I agree it suits the stumps I grind.
For example if I grind a poplar stump with 1100 teeth there is drag on the pulpy wood but with 900 teeth its a faster cleaner cut.I would think if you had less teeth on the 1100 set up you would get the same result but why not phone greenteeth and hear what they think ?
