Wow, man; i hate to hear this of you my friend. i kinda have receded from hear after reading this page; but had to come out when hearing of this and wish ye well.
Please take care, and in the balance work mind, to some how come out richer in that; to still keep the inertia of your spirit still throwing forward hard. Have been kinda sitting on this project growth (see previous paragraph) but set those feelings aside this won time in respect of you.
MTL:Knot-A-Player Project ; and something from JP though he (if i understand correctly) slips the Standing and not the Bitter, for remote release to retrieve bag if something goes wrong (which i didn't favour); but this is my favorite throwline hitch - MTL:Slipped Anchor Hitch; that has many other uses.
i think i've sent you these before: Original Life on A Line that was distributed free by the generous Dr. Merchant; that now sells LOaL vers.2-also very good. And Nylon Highway old issues posted on web.
Also, i'd check at another popular site's Articles/ magazine rack for scribings by the likes of leaders such as Adams, Chisholm, Dunlap and Meilleur (oh my!) etc. i'll see if i have any other laying around; plz take care!
