Help!!! 96 bandit 160

I can not figure out why the feed wheels are hitting each other i went to touch up the edges of the one wheel and as i was spinng i relized they would hit each other!! What should i do?? SORRY THE MODEL IS A 90

Check and see if the feed roller coupler has broken as they will wear and break. I don't believe a feed roller should spin freely.
