Leave the phone number. Why you will most definately stop at a convenience store while working or have some for good that you where out on the town. I have signed lots of work due to the visibility of not necessarily me but my guys when they are out and about. They like the shirt, they will where it and that is cheap advertisement.
I don't care much for the phone number on the t-shirt. I think that my overall design aesthitic is eye catching enough. Then when people are looking through the phone book they'll notice that logo again. I can hear the soccer moms now. "Why those were the guys we saw that one day. Weren't they cute?" Thats at least my theory.
We're working on a couple of revisions, based on some of your thoughts. I'll post them as soon as I can.
Back of 4, Front of 2...I think the phone number is a good idea. neighbors will not have to look up the number, it will be right there for them. The little pocket is a must.
Putting just your company identity on the front. This is what everyone has to look at every day. It's easy on the eyes and reinforces your company branding.
I pruned the roots a little to reduce the vertical mirror effect. It's hard for the eye to settle down when it keeps scanning up and down on two equal elements. I understand that you wanted to emphasize how important roots are to tree health. This is a visual compromise and also fits with the general public's idea of how a tree works (the above ground part of the tree is what they're familiar with).
I put your business card on the back, that's what potential customers will be mostly looking at when you're working.
Your graphic design angel did a great job, made it easy to work through variations. Hope she takes no offense at my tinkering.

The detail on the sides of one design won't show up unless you can zoom way in. It is a couple of leaves and acorns to give the text continuity around the tree.
