Has that honey locust started to produce its thorns and pods yet? Where I grew up here in eastern central Ohio, we would see who could climb those trees the fastest with the least amount of bleeding. Yeah, we were idiots back then.

The ones they sell at nurseries are bred to be thornless and sterile. One of my trees will produce a pod every once in a blue moon. I see a few in my neighborhood that make pods but luckily no thorns.
