help with trees

I have two trees, look like silver birch, but could be ash. They have full leaves of green that
have turned white? What to do?

We need more information. Take some pictures. One of a few leaves up close, one of about 2 feet of branch/leaves. One of the whole tree, from bole to top of crown, with a bit of surrounding lawn/environment. Post them here.

sounds like powdery mildew perhaps.

If so remove/fix excessive water source.
