That ad looks and reads identical to one posted on this forum last week. I guess it didn't sell so he's trying again. $300 minimum for a 23 year old saw with the original worn-out bar? No thanks.

The 750 that actually matches those photos and description went for $560. This Romanian "borrowed" those photos and words. The jury's still out as to whether he's a crook or just a lazy dope.

His previous auction was cancelled. I reported him to eBay, but they responded and said there was nothing against the rules in the auction. I guess they let it back up.

It just so happens that he is again,a brand new e-bay member,as of today....go figure.

They don't make it very easy. You have to snuffle around the community values, or safety, or selling guidline pages before you find the reporting page. Then you have to pick a reason for reporting someone. For lack of anything closer, I chose "using photos without permission."

The trouble is that eBay can't investigate someone for something that can't be proven. I'm not aware of anything concrete that says the Bulgy fellow's a crook. AFAIK, the only person who has a valid complaint in this whole thing is the seller of the original saw. His photos and writing, his copyright. Email that guy again and let him know someone's lifted his auction.

i also reported him to ebay. yes they make it difficult to find the right place to report a funky looking auction. i thought about emailing the original seller, but to heck with it. i already got involved more than i wanted to by emailing the romanian goat humper, and i emailed the guy who bid on the scam auction. at least he emailed me back thanking me for the warning. so i'm through with it. just gonna sit back and hope noone gets burned by this idiot. i suppose there is a possibility that he really does have a 750 to sell, and is just using this guys listing, but i doubt it.
