He's blowin smoke. There are 7 Sthil dealers within 20 miles of Greenwich He could of had those parts in a week or less. I'll bet there is 10 sthils saw to every one Dolmar in Washington county. You must have long arms from all that back slappin your giving yourself

Traxxxxx I do not know you or where you live.. Upstate is quite a territory.. I do not or will not drive 20 miles in any direction to BUY and PAY RETAIL price for a competitor saw brand parts. The customer made his decision on who to order parts from and yes it took a month to get them thats no bullch#t. I politely asked if anyone here would sell parts and I did have one offer but I will not mention who by then the customer already had the said parts on order. As far as the 10 to 1 ratio are you talking homeowners or commercial cutters. Thats right commercial cutters around here that use stihl keep dozens of parts saws to keep them going. maybe thats where you got your 10 - 1 ratio All I can say is MY customers are very happy with my DOLMAR SERVICE. Can I ask for anything more?
