I can't help you with the numerical adjustments. I know they used both a Zama and a walbro carb. If it can be started best bet for me would be to adjust it by ear. Hold it at wide open and ajust the high speed screw fore fastest rpm, then richen it up until it starts to slow down some.
On the idle side adjust it slow enough that the chain does not spin, adjust the mixture so that it doesn't stall when the throttle is snapped open. Better to err on the rich side on both adjustments.
