If the entire tree fell, I would say maybe (I’ll try to get better measurements). But I’d just the split part fell, probably not (I don’t know how these things usually go).
Would there be any benefit it removing the “less secure” looking half of the break?
 
Included bark, this was always going to fail at some point, something to be aware of. An otherwise nice tree, I would pollard and try and save it!

Ah! I had to look up what pollarding is… that is a good idea to try. I will try to find a local arborist (or someone less afraid of heights than myself 😂)
