Homelite 360 Carb

Hi........Newbie here(first post) with a quick Homelite question. I just finished putting a new carb boot on my dads 360 and was wondering what the initial carb settings are? He messed with it trying to make it run but the boot was bad so i was just wondering where a good starting place would be. Thanks..........Brian

Hi Brian,
Different variants of Walbro HDC carbs were used on 350/360s. Most 360s I think came with a HDC-39A. For 39A carb, initial settings according to the Intertec manual are 1-1/4 turns open on both the low and high speed mixture needles. Final adjustment should be within 1/4 turn of the inital settings.
