I have an old Homelite Super Mini SL #10546 that belonged to my late Father-in law. The last time I tried to use it I could not get any spark at the plug. I bought a new plug and tried it, still nothing. I am going to take the flywheel and coil off and clean them up and see if that helps but I don't know the correct air gap. Does anyone know if this ignition is electronic, it has a light blue coil? Any sites that might have a flow chart for fixing such problems. Can I check the coil with a volt-ohm meter.

I removed the coil this afternoon, There were only two wires other than the plug wire. One went to ground and one to the switch. I assume this means there are no points under the flywheel. The only numbers I could find on the coil was the patient #8405347 and the name Prestolite.
