My father has a Homelite Superwhiz (66 I believe) that runs but is in need of a carbeurator rebuild. Does anyone know of a company/individual that provides such kits for saws this old?
Thanks for your help.

Try mfgsupply.com They have a large selection of chainsaw parts. You should have a look and see what carb is on your saw then order. Probably around $10.00
Good Luck

should be a tillitson hl carb on that saw. a very common carb used since early 50's and still used on jr dragsters. i think rebuild kits are 4 or 5 bucks.

the homelite super wiz 66 was equipt with a Tillotson HL diaphragm type carb. settings are idle fuel-3/4 turns open and main fuel-1 1/4 turns open. final adjustment accordingly.
diaplacement is 4.7 cubic inches.
