Well, here it is - I have finally finished my "Winter project"

This was my first saw. My Grandfather left it to me around 14 yers ago or so.

he bought it new in '70

New:
rings/seals/gaskets
bar/chain/rim sprocket
carb rebuild/fuel line/fuel filter/air filter
atom ignition

I have ran it, but have not laid her to the wood yet.

I was tempted to put it on ebay, but it has way too much sentimental value to me. I might list it with a crazy reserve (one that would never be met), just to see what kind of response it gets.

Currently, I am doing a SXL-12 (The one I am replating the cyl on)

I've always wondered where some guys find never-used saws (like Oakman's 250). I have some that come close, being in suburbia and all, but I've never found a new old stock chainsaw.

Ive got a 056 mag 2 thats new, also got a 051 thats new.
