The XL-76 is a variant of saws like the XL-123. All of these originated from the 101. An original molded fuel line may be a bit difficult to locate. Its different than the one used on the XL-12s. I've replaced my 123's with tygon line and grommets. Grommets can be located at an automotive store and fuel line from almost any small engine shop. The filter is a common item and can be found anywhere dealing with outdoor equipment. The carb is probably either a Tillotson HS or a Walbro SDC. Kits for these are also easy to locate also. Should be less than $20 for all parts. Have fun and enjoy the repair as well as using the saw after you've finished.
I recently did all the fuel lines in an XP-76 that was given to me, if the line is really pooched make sure you get all the pieces out of the tank as the rubber they used will turn into something akin to tarry mud eventually, as well make sure that when you are putting it back together that the filter lays nicely in the bottom of the tank, if you cut yourself about 14" of line that should be plenty, when its in the right place snip off the extra (make sure it reaches the carb of course). I actually had to use two different sizes of fuel line as the size that comes off the carb was too big for the grommets I acquired for it to go into the tank. It was/is a great saw, a real screamer in its day and far lighter than my Sthil of equal vintage & displacement (and about 2000rpm faster), but I had to sell it out of neccessity, sortta kickin' myself about it since I got it up and running so well. Good luck with it and have fun! as far as the carb kit goes I would think that any reputable dealer should be able to order one for you, there were a lot of them made, if not check around on-line and for sure check out the gents on this site first, were I you I'd consider just putting in a whole functioning carb rather than going through all the bs of a re-build, but I'm lazy lol (and cheap, well not really cheap but poor).
Welcome to AS.
Look in the yellow pages under "Small Engine" repair and give them a call, they should have them or be able to direct you to those that will have them, as lesorubcheek mentioned it is most likely a Tillotson HS or Walbro SDC carb and ask if they have a rebuild kit. I happen to have the IPL(illustrated parts list) for the XL-76 and it says it is the Tillotson carb, however nothing is 100% correct so best to bring the saw in to confirm when purchasing the kit for confirmation.
