Having trouble bar oil getting in cylinder. Is there some kind of di aphram that may be the trouble . I already have saw out of case Thanks KILLER

There is a hose connected to the crankcase to vent compression pressure into the bar oil tank. The end of the hose in the tank should have a "duckbill valve" on it to act as a one way valve. if this valve is gone(sloshing around in the bar oil)then the hose will suck oil into the crankcase.

The XL uses a check valve arrangement to pressurize the oil tank. When your oil tank is full or at an angle where the incoming pressure line is covered with the bar oil, it can suck the oil back to the cylinder area.
Empty your oil tank & look for a little sinitered bronze cylinder that went into the tip of the pressure line. If the line has gotten soft you may need to replace it as well as the rubber check valve that goes on the little sinitered bronze cylinder.
