Slow day at work, pretty bored. What to do? Ask questions about minutia, of course.
+1 Except we use 1 gallon cans for mix.All two gallon cans are for mixed gas. 5 gallon cans are for straight gas.
No need for marking! Otherwise, paint pens last the longest, and we label the company name all over on the metal safety cans. They are hideous, but no one will want to keep the stolen cans on their truck.
Same for me. 5 is strait gas and 2 is for mix. I use gas from a 5 to fill and mix a 2 when empty. All two gallon cans are for mixed gas. 5 gallon cans are for straight gas.

Does the Troybuilt help with mosquitoes?I put mix fuel in everything no need to mark the can. Got a Troy built mower on its 12th year of 50:1
Zero fuel system issues

I’ve seen numerous chainsaws and weed wackers painted as a theft deterrent. All two gallon cans are for mixed gas. 5 gallon cans are for straight gas.

I don’t go thru a whole lot of fuel in my small equipment, so I look at it as a fuel stabilizer and upper cylinder lube. That's a lot of wasted 2-cycle oil though. We only pour 2-cycle into the straight gas machines when we are out of regular gas.
