How do you all mark your mixed fuel cans?

Same for me. 5 is strait gas and 2 is for mix. I use gas from a 5 to fill and mix a 2 when empty.

I use 2 old eagle 2.5 gallon metal cans for mix. Straight gas is in 5 gallon cans. Easy to remember that way.

Well if were getting into can differences, I have a 10L nato can thays strictly for 2 stroke gas and some for old short round 5 gal metal can as a back up. 5 gal/20L cans are for regular gas and diesel. They are painted different colors so it's not hard to mix up.

I've been using a sharpie, but a florescent colored zip tie on the handle might be a good option.

That's a lot of wasted 2-cycle oil though. We only pour 2-cycle into the straight gas machines when we are out of regular gas.

Mine used to say "Mom's saw" - but then I got one with a different mix, so I had to go boring and put the mix ratio on it.

I’ve seen numerous chainsaws and weed wackers painted as a theft deterrent.

I don’t go thru a whole lot of fuel in my small equipment, so I look at it as a fuel stabilizer and upper cylinder lube.
