How far do you travel

Hey how far do you guys go for work? Do you follow storms, or do you have a regular route you circulate on looking for work?

I don't follow storms any more. The disaster relief companys have really messed that business up, and they are really hard to get your money out of.
I have travelled up to 2500 miles for a job, and might travel farther.

We go max 70 miles.

I work within a thirty mile radius from my office. Most of my jobs are ten miles, or less, from there. With gas being what it is, I doubt that I would actively seek jobs much farther away.

Depends on the size/profit level of the job but typically not more than 50 miles for me.

About the same for us too. Although my crew will now and then go further out for a big job or a big contract-but not usually more than 150 miles from the shop.

You got that right-storms used to be fun. Nowdays, unless the storm is just up the road, we don't even think about going.
