How many of you rent equipment as opposed to buy?

I wish I had a squad of gardeners follow me everywhere, like my posse. Even come to work with me during the day and everything.

Some of us are lucky that way...nice when it happens...I can even get a 'rent-a-groundie' from a couple of landscapers who are pretty switched on...I borrow theirs and add my markup. It has to be scheduled, but it works.
Keeps their guys from getting sent home or laid off when the work is slack for them.
