How much $$$ are these trees worth?

At least you are able to work on the value process before they are cut down. Try doing it after the trees were incorectly cut down and removed.

well the hedge I see having zero value since it is planted basically on top of the utility box so that chunk of land is either in the ROW of the road or shurly has to fall into the ROW of the utility so if you plant something there its your chance... what happens if the utility co has to replace that green contraption??? the bush is getting ripped out to allow access. just like asplundh hacks your beutiful tree to pieces when they swing through town.

the tree say fair market value of lumber x3 so roughly 3 bucks, seriously though I know back a few years ago the co I work for cut down the wrong tree whoops...it was a maple norway variety I believe I think they ended up paying 6K, tree was 14" and like 25' tall plus they did the right tree for free

That's what I was thinking. However, if the township is willing to compensate the "owner" of the tree, it must be on private property.

How about this; tell the property owner to have the trees removed or all future liability will be his/hers. Now, how much are those trees worth......
Nothing, except the cost to have them removed.
