How much should I charge for stump grinding cleanup?

How much should I charge to clean up after a stump is grinded? It is located in an island in the front entrance of my neighborhood where there can be somewhat moderate traffic(and I'd like to ask if that makes a difference in pricing?) I will have to also have to move a bunch of heavy landscaping rocks as well to clean up all the leftover grinding and replace the rocks as well before a new tree is replaced.

I do a little tractor work in my neighborhood, Tractor work is $100 an hour.

I will be doing this by hand by myself of I take the job. Most likely it will take me about 3 hours.
