An Husqvarna 455 from a online auction site (maxsold.com) moving sale sold as is "Untested, working per seller"?

They run around $500 new with chain and bar. Depending on shape, maybe $350 if like new tops. It’s a rancher not a pro saw. I’d think long and hard before sinking much money in it.

Unless I could inspect the saw or were very familiar with the seller, I would assume it's a parts saw only - price would depend on how badly I need the parts.

I agree with others, I'd pass and buy other models...the more high-end models. They are worth it.
