How to get my 362 modded in NJ

Can someone direct me on the best way to mod or wake-up a 362 please…
Does anyone in New Jersey port or mod saws?

Shipping it off to a guy would be your best bet, @huskihl or @Mastermind Worksaws are some good folks, and even if they're busy they should be able to recommend other guys.

what is approximate cost, turn around time, and benefits? Any must do mods for the 362? Thanks in advance

I’m running a yellow 20 inch chain and will be buying the best felling dogs for it that I can find.

I can't really help much on the first two, I do know that turnaround time depends on how busy the porter is. The benefits vary from model to model but on the whole you get more powerful saw. I had a 372XPW which is known for being torquey but slow, after porting it is now much faster and it's still pretty torquey. I haven't dealt with 362's so I'm not sure about must-do mods either, but Mastermind might know of some.
