How to keep a saw looking new during professional use

I have a well used pro fallers saw... and it is in tip top condition. It's not "clean"... but it's in great shape.

Then again... I've never cut a million trees either...

I have to correct you Gary its 2 million trees:hmm3grin2orange:but thanks for remembering anyways.
All my saws are always in great shape just need a little bath thats all.
