How did you know I'm Dutch??? :D

Dutch-you can't tell 'em much. Dutchman, do you know what I'm talking about, when you saw past where the two cuts are supposed to meet with the flat cut on the undercut?
 
If by undercut you mean the horizontal cut of the notch, then yes I know what you're talking about. Does that promote barber chairing?


I always thought it was "You're not much if you're not Dutch." ;)
We do tend to be thick-skulled and stubborn, though.
 
Sure can, the tree will pause and rock, it can chair at this point. Lots of Dutch people in B.C., hard workers, mostly good people.
 
Really? I guess the Dutch get around. I'm glad they're representing their fellow Dutchmen well by working hard. :)


OK, if the tree has barber chaired due to too much undercut, it'll be leaning the opposite way than how we want it to fall, right? What's the solution?
