RB looks to me like you have some Brits working in your area as this is the usual cr*p standard we get overhere..i had to preform three education lessons so far this week to potential clients who initialy asked me to preform this type of work on there trees ,i told them i prefer not to top trees and gave them the usual reasons why and i also said dont take my word about topping do some homework yourself do a google search on topping ,i got a good responce from 2 but 1 gave me weird look
i do hate turning up on a bid and have some silly little tree owner dictate to me exactly what ''needs'' to be done to his trees
