That ole bloke is Perry, owner of it all. He is a fine fellow, a true pleasure to work for and with...he used to be a rigger for cranes and he set up the balanced big piece we took out...taught us an equalizer hitch that made the big piece in the He-Man video do just right.

Just before Katrina hit, he had cancelled his insurance. He teaches flying and the ins. company dropped his coverage when he turned 80...they would not relent and he got fed up and dropped ins. with his company...then Katrina hit. So we ended up helping him cleanup. Just before we left, he took us for a ride in his Cessna...we flew over Waveland, Biloxi, Bay St. Louis and saw the damage fro 1000 - 2500 feet. Some of us will go back eventually and remove snags and widowmakers from the rest of his trees.

I think a crane would have saved about 2 days of work.
