husky 338 cali special

looking at this new 338 i just got last week .have not even put gas in it yet.looking this saw over ,pulled off muffler cover,man is that exhaust hole small for a 45cc engine to breath or what ? noticed that a few guys on here mention opening that hole up .but how much would you recommend?

it's a good thing you didn't put gas in it yet. do you still have the reciept? return it and buy an ms200.

just sold my ms200 on ebay ,saw ran great for the first 2 months ,it acted real stupid sometimes ,maybe i just had a lemon but figured i would try this 338 cali.also ebayed my walkerized ms660 ,saw was an animal ,but when it was stock it was a real joke,a real disapointment.used a freinds new 395 husky that is stock ,very impressive! especially if you compare it to a stock stihl 660.cannot wait to see how good the one I am buying is going to run after the saw is walkerized.
