Husky 353, rev limited?

I see in Bailey's they offer non rev limiting coils, for the 353... are they all rev limited? I had/have an e-tech model, so I am afraid they are more likely to be rev limited...

With Husky or Jonsered if the coil is blue, then it is rev limited. Standard coils are black.

I have never heard of a rev limited 353........

If it is rev limited, it should be apparent from the "carb adjustment" part of the operators manual.
