i think ill have to order one ASAP;)

question though... my bar AND chain should transfer over from the 365 to the 372 without any problems right? i JUST ordered 3 new chains, and if im going to sell the 365 i might as well be able to use these nice new chains

how much could i honestly sell the 365 for ???

So us Redmax dealers & users get a bunch of lean running string trimmers so Husqvarna can keep the 372???:confused:

New they are $499, that's the bailey's sales flyer price. A new 372 is $569.
Just a guess, but I would imagine your well used 365 would be worth around $300 give or take. Just a guess.

....looks like it, and maybe some saws also????? :greenchainsaw:

What I wonder about, is if (or when) the production will be moved to Brazil, or if it will continue in Sweden.....

Thats not correct at all. Redmax has been banking credits for ten years or more with their strato charged technology. Since Husky bought Redmax than can use these banked credits.
FWIW Redmax had compliant engines before anyone else and are many years ahead of the competition in regards to technology. Taking a look at the Husky 575 and Stihls compliant concrete saw(TS700?) this is pretty apparent.

That is a major reason why Hvarna bought Redmax is because of their strato engines. BUT that being said the strato engines from a few years ago ran much nicer than todays 2nd generation strato engines engines. I hear we will have the g7200 redvarna by this fall :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:

Yep. Husky saw a opportunity to buy out of the problem the faced in regards to emmissions.
As for how the new Redmax's run. The newest one I have is a EBZ 8000 blower that I got three 4 years ago. It runs great and is holding up great despite being run around a hour daily from May through the end of August. The only problem I have had is the choke detent being a little funny at times.

Ben;

There a replacement choke box assembly, #848-H00-8330-01 that fixes the wandering choke problem. It's a free replacement under warranty. Easy to do.

The 372 is a great saw, one of the best ever. but the 365 is good too. The 372 will have a bit more power just because it has a 12cc bigger engine (72cc verses 65cc). ....

I just wonder where you learned your maths.....:hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:

I went to public school and I know the difference between 72 and 65 is 8.:hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:

You sure of that ?????? - and most 372s are actually 71cc, or more exactly 70.7.......... :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:
