I was adjusting the oiling screw on the Husky 385xp, and it came out of the hole, along with a spring. I can't figure out how to get it back together. Is it an easy fix, or does it require taking the clutch off? Any help you can offer would be great.

Thanks,
Matt

do a search on it here, their was another guy with same kind of problem before ,,,,,

Thanks, I had done another quick search after SWE#Kipp's post, and found the one he was talking about. Looks like it will be a shop fix b/c I think mine is broken too. I didn't feel anything give out either, just like his.

Hope you didn't run the saw after the screw come out.If it didn't have threads on it.That is the new kind i bought one of them in April tried to adjust the oiler and the same thing happened to me run it for the rest of the day as it was oiling ok.Took it to the shop that night parts were back ordered for a month then when they got them and put it back together we found out the pump was burnt out that saw was only one day old when it happened. But no warranty now so i got stuck paying for the fix.I think that new set up they have on the oiler kind of stinks.Hope you have better luck.
