I have a 2260 and also a 550xp and like both of them very much...

I had planned to buy a 555 but I found a place selling 562xp's for $495.00 and bought one,

So, now there's NO need to get a 555...

BTW, they also had 550xp's for $450.00...

BUT, the 2260 is still the most used saw that I have, today we were trimming some beech logs with it, to move to the BSM,

so far I got to cut half a pickup load of dry red oak and maple .. lots of speed and noise for sure . hope to get into a few bigger trees larger then the couple 3# coffee can sized I have cut. starts great !!
