Okay, Here is the question. My new neighbor was cutting a tree with his 455. It sounds good. However when he was done I looked at the chain and it was as dry as popcorn. So I am wondering if it is safe to use an air chisel/hammer to free the clutch after I insert the rope into the cylinder. This is a saw about 4 years old and I do not have the clutch removal tool for this particular saw. Thanks Ken
