if I was able to run a saw that big any more I would have bought it in a heart beat at that price
 
New to this forum, but I enjoy woodworking mainly. The more woodwork I do, the more I want to get involved in the entire process from tree to product. I like the idea of being able to cut my own slabs for table/desktops.

Super awesome work man! If I can ever move my work to home I HAVE to have that super sweet oak desk. Where are you located?
 
Thanks for the compliments. I am out of Fort Worth. The desk was especially rewarding as I made it for my Dad. He was wanting a new desk for years, but I finally got the time and we worked up a design and I made it for him.
 
I thought to long on this one and let it get away. Had it on my mind ever since. I dont discuss saws with Kari bc I dont want her to discuss jewelry with me, but I've talked about "the one that got away" alot this week. I wont make the same mistake again.:ices_rofl:
