This 1 has seized at 1 time also and some parts are missing, it did fire up and run erratic when I primed it and put in fresh gas to the tank. I wouldn't bank on the cylinder being good, but most of what else is there, although not pretty I would think will yield mostly good usable parts. You get what you see in the pics.
