Let me tell you a little story about oil and ratios
I race model boats - 1 boat uses a QuickDraw engine made in the US , the manufacturer states to use only Honda HP2 oil - and at a ratio that equates to 12.5:1 - yes super oily
So one race meeting I ran out of the 40:1 I run in all my other boats and had to use the special HP2 mix in one of them - picked up 5mph just from changing fuel oil mix ….
The QuickDraw engine after 3 years of racing at 20,000rpm was pulled down to add a stroker kit and the piston looked like new - liner still has hone marks ….
