Sold Husqvarna 390xp, 24" bar and chain, $575

Husqvarna 390xp chainsaw up for sale. Just went through by my dealer. Starts and runs well. 24" oregon bar and chain. In good shape overall. Does have a repair on the case for a muffler bracket bolt hole. I JB welded a brass fitting in there, used some fiberglass cloth and covered it with another layer of JB weld. Came out well and lines up great. OEM cylinder and piston. New aftermarket handlebar. Ready for work. $575

Trying to remember.......does your band aid bolt hole, actually go inside the oil tank? Has it been in the field since the fix?

Doesn't go into the oil tank. I haven't cut with it yet either. I think it will last though, there isn't a lot of strain on those two muffler bracket bolts. The muffler bolts to the cylinder are doing the majority of the job holding up the muffler.

Yep, I think Andrew's fix will last just fine. Where that part of the muffler bracket attaches to doesn't affect the structural integrity of the oil tank.

I ran the saw yesterday through some logs at my buddies shop. Ran well and the muffler fix held up fine.
