New to owning my own chainsaw but have felled trees before.. albeit with my dad's help. Now I have to learn it all myself.

My 1st question is for parts compatibility. I have a Husqvarna 440e and need a few parts. I found a 440 that doesn't work and I'm wondering if the parts are compatible as it is a hell of a deal. Any advice will help.

Basically the "e" has a fancy starter & clutch cover. Those parts are still interchangeable but you have to swap the assembly as a whole. The attached IPL shows the differences between the 435 & 435e which will be the same.
