We appreciate some information on Repair Mag Alloy Cranks and Top Covers on Older Husky 65L Tomos, L65 and 650, 77 Model Saws. Have a couple of the Mag Alloy Cast Parts which have had some wear from either General Usage, being Rubbed against a Harder Material and have some Indents due to Wear. I am Restoring these Old Saws and Plan to Powder Coat after I Can Figure out if I should just use some type of Automotive Body Filler to Fill in Worn Mag Alloy Castings being Top Covers & Crank Bodies or use some type of JB Weld or Liquid Epoxy 2 Part Compound and then Sand or Lightly Grind/File. Aslo, If a Etching Primer would be Required before Powder Coating or Painting
