What is the general consensus on this saw? I have heard about idle (stall) issues. I like the appearance, power, and price. Lastly, what do folks think about an after-market exhaust? Thx--

There are videos about that saw on youtube. I got the rear handle one, kind of built to a price point more than I expected. Revs real fast but may take half a minute to really warm up and run right. The fuel tank is in the rear near the cylinder and I believe it is quite sensitive to winter blend gas in the spring. And I used no ethanol gas so it must have winter formulation as well in some retailers. The mini .325 chain is pretty good. If you still have a 338xpt that chain will work on the rim drive set up for the 339xp. That one warms up in just a few seconds at least my observation.
