Two problems; # 1 One spool of the bank of four has frozen and cannot be moved. Rayco wants too much. Can anyone give me a lead on alternative replacement manufacturers. # 2 The unit that limits the speed going downhill has malfunctioned. Rayco wants too much. Can anyone give me a lead on alternative replacement manufacturers? Thank you
