This is my lil homelite before and after i gutted the muffler.kinda poked a hole in it when i split it so the muffler dont fit back together quite like its spose to.
Im still amazed how so little did so much for my fast growing like for this lil homey.

Sure, that's unburned fuel mix blowing out the exhaust.
Those emission controls really do work.

Reduced emissions are a worthy goal. It probably won't be long before the reduced emission saws perform as well as the saws we have today.

They already work just as well, they weigh a pound more.

I like that log stand! Did you open up the H screw a bit after the muffler mod? Maybe a 1/4 or 1/2 turn to let more fuel in. Next step is to take the base gasket off...
