How in the hell do you remember where everything goes? Do you play your videos backwards?
What about the screws, do you just throw em in a pile, cause that’s what it looks like. How do you know where those ones go??

*edit*

Looks like your diaphragm for the carb worked! Fired right up!
That hose for your Oiler is quite long, if you didn’t know ‘green line’ is a great place to get custom length hoses for anything.
They look like 1/4” NPT fittings for the Oiler line.
1/4” X 3/8 compression fitting, for the bar attachment, then you can use a flex connection “speedy” to the other portion. If you get me the sizes of the fittings, I can tell you exactly what you need to get for parts. I deal with this stuff all the time, I do commercial plumbing for a living.

I'm going to be starting a Model 99 refresh. I am planning to fabricate a tool to remove the clutch. I had access to one in the 1970s, but do not know if it survived. Has anyone fab'd a tool like that? The plan is to base it on a 3.75" round steel plate with pins that engage the 4 holes in the clutch, and a large bolt/or 1/2 drive extension in the center so I can spin it off with an impact wrench.

My design of a clutch removal tool for the Model 99 was not as robust as it needed to be. I decided to go in a different direction and had success in using a tool designed to remove a Toyota 4WD hub bearing. The tool utilizes 4 hardened pins spaced at 90 degrees which is the same arrangement needed for the 99 clutch. I soaked the threads overnight, and I was suprised at how easy the clutch spun off the crankshaft (counter clockwise). I used a 1/2" drive electric impact wrench. Once I determined this was going to work, I removed the clutch rotors on 2 other 99s with minimal effort. No damage to the tool nor the clutch. I am more encouraged to move forward in doing a refresh on these machines since I can now replace the CS seals and have an airtight crankcase. This tool sells for about $27 USD and can be had from Amazon.
