I Need assistance regarding the heavy construction equipment issue.

Hi Everyone, I have got a quick query. I am handling a project at site where we are using multiple heavy construction equipment including the excavators and dozers. The heavy equipment operator in my team is reporting some issues with the excavator as its arm is suddenly jerking when it is carrying larger weights. However, the operation of the machine is still smooth so far and didn’t show any roughness. I and my team is not sure about the actual issue as we already have checked the equipment and its hydraulics system.

Has anyone go through this? I am curious if we could continue working with this or should stop using the excavator.
Any guidance from you would highly be appreciated.
